I feel like it's a bit blurred overall? I'm not sure if it's because of the quality loss or my tired eyes (it's almost 11 PM here xD). it took me a while to get what is going on and why they are in different color palette but I know now XD and I like it a lot 
I this you could wok more on the tattoo thing on his neck, because it should be more uh.. flexible to show the actual anatomic of human neck. I really adore how you draw the hair, and the clothes are done amazingly as well From the background, I'm not sure about the text font but I like the frame thing, so it's a tie
